Instead of thinking “I’ll never be able to change” or “I’m just not good enough,” flip the script. Tell yourself “I’m growing” and “I’m getting better every day.” Positive affirmations can sound cliché, but when you rewire your brain to believe you can change, your actions will follow.
A great way to make this shift? Journaling. Start each morning by writing down 3 things you’re grateful for, and 3 things you’re excited to work on. It sounds simple, but trust me, it works.
